Darlene has been with me for over ten years as Litigation Assistant. She handles matters once a lawsuit needs to be filed.
Darlene was born and raised in Haiti. She studied law in Haiti and obtained her license to practice law with a specialization in International Public Law. She came to the U.S. in 1991 and moved to Florida in 1995. She became a United States citizen, and lives in St. Petersburg with her mother and son Didier.
“I handle the litigation phase of the file from filing the lawsuit with the court up through trial or until the case is closed. I maintain the file, prepare all pleadings, and schedule all necessary meetings, hearings, depositions and mediations. I consider each case to be unique and important, and always give one hundred percent on behalf of the clients. I always welcome clients to call me with any concerns that they might have, and try to help them through the often complicated and frustrating process of a lawsuit.”
