Hulk Hogan’s Son reaches Settlement with Crash Victim

Do you remember the story of Nick, Hulk Hogan’s son, who was involved in a Florida street racing accident?  If you recall, the 2007 street racing accident left Nick’s friend, John Graziano, with brain damage and confined to a wheelchair after Hogan lost control of his Toyota Supra and crashed into a tree.

The wrestling giant’s son pleaded no contest to felony reckless driving involving great bodily injury and spent five months in prison. He was originally sentenced to eight months.

It appears that the parties reached a settlement. However, the terms of the settlement remain confidential.

“We reached a settlement that was agreeable to all parties,” said the family’s attorney, Kim Kohn. “We are happy because our goal all along was to insure that John was provided with the appropriate care for the rest of his life. And the settlement will do that.”

Fortunately, Graziano’s condition has improved and he was released from a Florida hospital in September.

If you or someone you know has been injured in a car accident caused by another driver, you should contact a St. Petersburg personal injury attorney at the Law Offices of William K. Saron at (727) 345-4566 or (866) 836-4947.
