

August 15, 2011 - Pasco County, Fla - According to a report from ABC Action News, a driver hit and killed a bicyclist, in Pasco County, and fled the scene.
The fatal bicycle accident took place on Saturday, July 30, on CR-587 Moon Lake road. Jared Dey, 21, was driving south and failed to see a bicyclist going the same direction on the inside portion of the lane.
Dey struck the back of the bicycle which threw the victim from the bike, onto the windshield of Dey's car and then tossed forward into the northbound lane.
The bicyclist was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident and it is still under investigation.
