

May 5, 2011 - St. Petersburg, Florida - According to a report from Tampa Bay.com, a motorcyclist was seriously injured in a car crash in St. Petersburg.
The motorcycle accident occurred Tuesday evening, May 3 on 110th Avenue N. After crashing into the car, the unidentified motorcyclist was thrown from the bike. The victim was then taken to Bayfront Medical Center, listed as a trauma alert patient.
It is unclear whether the driver of the car or a passenger was also taken to Bayfront Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The motorcycle accident is still under police investigation.
