November 3, 2011 - St. Petersburg, Fla. - According to a report from ABC Actions News, a suspected DUI driver crashed into a home on Friday, October 28.
St. Petersburg police indicate that it does not appear the woman driver ever hit her brakes, as her car came crashing into a home in the 4600 block of 6th Street.
A woman who lived in the home did not know what had happened when she had heard a loud noise outside. No one inside was reported to be injured.
Police believe that the woman driving was under the influence of alcohol. She was not injured in the crash; however, a female passenger was taken to the hospital for observation.
The car accident remains under investigation.
